Healthy Homemade Stir Fry Sauce

I found this at https://hauteandhealthyliving.com.  I don’t make a stir fry without it as it is just that delicious.  Not only that but it I good for 2 good sized batches of stir fry for 2.  I am very generous with the amount of sauce I like on my stir fry … brown rice soaks up the sauce nicely.  I take the leftover sauce and freeze it for next time.

Ingredients:

½ cup reduced sodium soy sauce (I use tamari to keep it gluten free)

½ cup chicken broth

¼ cup peanut butterHealthy Homemade Stir Fry Sauce

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon honey (I use maple syrup)

2-3 inches fresh ginger (I have used about 1 generous tablespoons ginger powder when I don’t have fresh)

3-4 garlic cloves chopped (I have used about a heaping tablespoon when I don’t have fresh)

1 tablespoon cornstarch

Pinch of Red Pepper flakes

Instructions:

In a mini blender (or just a mason jar if you don’t mind the chopped bits) blend until well combined and smooth as in the case of the mini blender.
