Italian Salad Dressing

 

This recipe couldn’t be easier:

 

¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tablespoons water

2 teaspoons sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 garlic clove (or about 1 tsp of garlic powder)

2 Tablespoons parmesan

Dried Italian seasoning (or basil or oregano or … to your taste)

½ cup canola oil  (I prefer this oil as it is lighter and Olive Oil hardens in the fridge and is a pain!)

 

 

This recipe is easy to play with .. just use the basic top 4 ingredients and go from there.

We use this as our staple salad dressing and we double it … lasts a long time in the fridge.
